It was great. Daddy and I went out afterwards and shoveled our driveway, we planned on doing our neighbors down the street AND up the street, but Mike came over, helped us finish ours, then went and did both neighbors. Ah well. It's the thought that counts right. I don't like the snow, but it was actually a pretty fun day.
Joni took me painting with her today. It was really nice of her to let me use her paint and oil. I've never painted anything-so this was a first. I'm pretty proud of it. But also am excited to try something a little more challenging! :D
So I have this ridiculously fantastic friend. And her names Joni. Which is a ridiculously fantastic name. I'm a little jealous, she's probably the only "Joni" that I'll ever meet or know! Everyone knows a Chelsea. Whatever. Anyways, she let me borrow this awesome poster that has guitar chords, she printed me out "I'm Yours" by Jason Mraz WITH the chords on it so I could learn, and to top it off let me borrow her guitar. UM. AWESOME. And it's been a saving grace the last couple of days as things are a little confusing and I've needed an outlet. Love it. Love her. LOVE.
Recently married with an active 3 year old baby girl is just the way I like it. With all the new changes that accompany a new little one and my wonderful husband working full time I look forward to documenting and sharing all the crazy adventures of the Navas family.
